72-Hour Viral Disease Protection

We guarantee this puppy for 72 hours from the exact time of pickup or delivery against life-threatening viral diseases, including:

  • Parvovirus

  • Distemper

  • Coronavirus

  • Parainfluenza

  • Adenovirus II

  • Leptospirosis

Mandatory Isolation Advisory: To maintain this coverage, you must not expose your puppy to public dog parks or to households that have housed a sick dog or cat within the past calendar year. Critical canine viruses like Parvovirus can survive 6 to 12 months on clothing, furniture, and shoes. Until your puppy’s immune system is fully shielded by a complete vaccine series (16 weeks of age), strict environmental awareness is required.

24-Month Orthopedic Guarantee

We guarantee this puppy will pass its official OFA evaluation at 24 months of age with an Excellent, Good, or Fair rating.

  • Pre-Breeding Restriction: Seeking an official OFA evaluation prior to any breeding activity is mandatory. Breeding the dog before completing this evaluation completely nullifies this orthopedic guarantee.

  • Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover orthopedic degradation resulting from environmental hazards, physical trauma, or poor nutritional choices.

1-Year Genetic Coverage

A 1-year genetic coverage window is provided from the date of birth against life-limiting hereditary conditions, including:

  • Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA)

  • Gastric Dilatation-Volvulus (Bloat)

  • Severe Akita hip dysplasia

  • Congenital thyroid dysfunction

Remediation and Replacement Terms

We have fifteen years of experience with this breed. To see how we apply this knowledge, meet our family and review our credentials . Every companion we place is documented through our current litter documentation , including OFA clearances and temperament evaluations. If the dog fails to achieve an OFA rating of Fair or better, or receives a veterinary diagnosis for a covered genetic disorder:

  1. Provide FurriGuardian Pups with the official OFA report or complete medical documentation signed by a licensed veterinarian.
  2. Provide legal documentation proving that the animal has been safely and permanently sterilized.
  3. Upon validation, the breeder will replace the dog with a puppy from an upcoming available litter.

FurriGuardian Pups reserves the right to choose the specific replacement puppy. We do not offer cash refunds. We offer replacement companions only.

What This Guarantee Does Not Cover

  • Orthopedic conditions caused by environmental injury, trauma, or poor nutrition

  • Conditions that arise after the coverage window closes

  • Any dog that has been bred before OFA evaluation

  • Any dog that has been rehomed without our written consent
